Bateman Partners just gets things done. Since 2009 alone, we have developed over 100,000 SF of commercial office and medical office space, many hospitality locations, 300+ units of affordable housing, as well as multiple single-family home subdivisions. Since our inception, we have developed properties worth over $210 million, and we currently have in development or under construction various projects totaling $140 million.
Many of our projects are the result of innovative public/private partnerships, a very key factor in achieving maximum public benefit in local communities. We place great importance on maintaining excellent relationships with municipal officials, because the mutual trust that results is the single most important ingredient for advancing every community’s goals for progress.
